De Addiction Session

Addictions is a big word and most of us don't like to say we are addicted! Another way to look at it as having less control with certain substances or foods and drinks. I would even be bold and say cravings are a sign of inherent addictions. For instance your craving for sugar, or cigarettes. Our sessions on de addiction help you end the dependency, have more control and understanding of your actions and thoughts.

It may seem difficult or even impossible but we have seen that our work has proved favourably to put a stop to the unwanted behaviour and replaced with more empowering and positive behaviours you come out stronger.

We use mainly hypnotherapy, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), self-hypnosis and integral eye movement therapy.
